I always thinking that if we just apply such antioxidant skin care on our face, is it enough? Everyday we still facing environment hazards that harmful to our skin everyday, especially in Malaysia, such a hot climate, UV rays, dust and smokes.... will cause skin aging arrr...terible!!!

I've been taking this Seresis from Pharmaton for about 2 weeks already. This is what I got inside the goodies bag from the Health Forum on November last year.
It contains 30 capsules and recommend to take 2 capsules per day, but I just take 1 capsule/day as I still have to take other supplements like evening primrose oil and fish oil.
What is different about this supplement? It containing antioxidants such as vitamins C and E, beta-carotene, selenium yeast and two standardised extracts: LE1005 from tomatoes and VV101 from grape seeds. It helps maintain a good level of vitamins and antioxidants in the whole body and is thus intended to help preventing or delaying cell damages deriving from free-radical formation.
